Ballet is the foundation of all dance, were dancers will learn correct posture/body aligment, extension, use of turnout, grace and fundamental balance. 
Jazz dance includes strength, flexibility and conditioning technique and progressions including turns, kicks and leaps. In a Jazz class the dancers also learn many fun and trendy dance steps that are used for all forms of dance. It is a wonderful class to get a well rounded variety of all dance steps.
Contemporary dance employs the strong controlled legwork of ballet combined with the upper body stregnth of modern that stresses on the torso. It also employs fall, recovery, testing the limits of balance, resistance, and precision. Contemporary has become one of the most dominant forms in the dance world. 




In this class the student will experience a fast paced-upbeat atmosphere while learning a variety of age appropriate movements that range from old school to new school hip hop. Hip Hop is comprised of both rigid and relaxed body movements creating an intense cardio workout that is great for the body and mind!
Novelty/Musical Theatre is a class that discovers the wonderful world of Broadway, musical theatre, storytelling and performance. This class focuses on the combination of  lip-synching, acting, dancing and more! 
Acro combines classical dance techniques with precision acrobatic elements. Acro classes include flexibility and conditioning exercises, mixed with gymnastic elements, to create strong and versatile dancers. 




Lyrical dance is a combination of jazz and ballet technique to portray a story using strong expression, choreography, rhythm, and the lyrics of the music.
Swing dance combines partner work, partner lifts, and individual style. In this class they will learn basic swing steps such as the Lindy Hop, partnered Charleston, air steps, and vernacular jazz movement all woven together spontaneously to swing style jazz music.
These classes accept registrations starting at 14 months old and are great if you want some special bonding with your little one, to get active together, meet new friends, and starting introducing your child to movement and rhythm.




Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement.
These classes accept registrations starting at 2 years old. They are great for getting your child active, meeting new friends, and introducing your child to movement and rhythm. it's a great way for kids to start moving, improve socializing, build independence, build coordination, promote and encourage positive self-esteem, strengthen fine and gross motor skills and promote creativity.
This class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, back and entire body while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.
